	Each design is digitised differently according to what type of material it will be embroidered onto. Working on screen our designers use their experience to apply the appropriate stitch types and densities. We understand that each customer has different preferences for how they would like their designs to embroider and our designers use their understanding of this to digitise designs which are not only extremely efficient in their running but are also tailored to the customers requirements. Our experience ensures that each design has minimum colour changes and thread trims to reduce production time.
	qEvery design completed is checked thoroughly against your artwork before being test sampled, this is carried out in our in-house sampling room, which houses 1 single head Melco, 1 single head Tajima and 3 4 head Tajima embroidery machines, all used solely for sampling.
	One of our sampling experts sets up the machine with material which matches your specification, or which you can supply us with yourself, before being embroidered in the relevant colours. Every design is referenced and stored in our database so we can easily retrieve it should you need any adjustments in the future. Only after a final check is the design delivered to you, complete with and instruction sheet and embroidered sample.
